Privacy notice
Who is responsible
CYBERCYBER LTD (company number 12037371) is the data controller. Our registered office is Woollands, Barns Lane, Burford, England OX18 4NE. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@cybercyber.ai.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form: your name, work email, company or site, project description, engagement interest, and optionally a budget band and desired timing. We also record the page path you submitted from.
Name, work email, company or site, project description and engagement interest are required to submit an enquiry so we can understand it and respond. Budget, timing and attribution consent are optional.
Only if you tick the optional attribution box do we store your referring site and campaign (UTM) tags. We do not store advertising click identifiers and no advertising trackers are active on this page.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use your details to assess and reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement and arrange an invited introductory call. This is based on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Optional referring-site and campaign information is processed only with your consent, to understand how people find us. Anti-abuse checks are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service: we record a one-way hash of your IP address for submission rate limiting, not the raw address in enquiry records.
New enquiries trigger an automatic transactional acknowledgement to you and a notification to the owner at hello@cybercyber.ai. Booking messages relate to your requested call. These are not newsletter subscriptions or automated sales sequences. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated processing.
Access and service providers
Enquiry records are stored in our hosted database with owner-only access; they are not publicly accessible. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, database and transactional email services. Google Workspace and Google Calendar provide business email and calendar services, processing the information needed to deliver those services.
If you book through an invitation, your name, email, company where provided, meeting time and enquiry reference are shared with Google Calendar to create and manage the call, including any Google Meet link. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation details are also recorded with your enquiry.
Retention and your rights
We retain unsuccessful enquiries for 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Information is kept longer only where needed for a resulting client engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute.
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information or erasure, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also request restriction or portability where applicable. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
You can withdraw consent to optional attribution processing at any time by emailing hello@cybercyber.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and does not prevent you from enquiring. Contact us at the same address to exercise your rights.
