For existing product teams
Senior design leadership for a product that's already live.
I'm Dan Andrews. I join existing product teams to make the product clearer, improve the interfaces people use every day, and provide ongoing design leadership within an agreed monthly allocation.
The problem
The product works, but it has grown unclear
As products grow, features accumulate, interfaces drift apart and decisions get made one ticket at a time. Teams often have engineers and designers but no one with the time to own the overall shape. That's the gap a Design Partnership fills.

FAQ
Practical questions
- What does a Design Partnership include?
- Senior product design and design leadership for your existing product, within an agreed monthly allocation from £12,000 per month. Typical work: clarifying product decisions, improving key interfaces, and keeping design consistent as the product grows.
- How is the allocation agreed?
- We agree it together before starting, based on what your team needs each month. It's a set amount of my time, not an open-ended retainer.
- How do you work with our existing designers and engineers?
- Alongside them. I can lead design decisions, review and raise the quality of interface work, and pair with engineers so intent carries through to what ships.
- Can we start smaller?
- Yes. A scoped Product Direction engagement, £5,000 per week for one or two weeks, is a way to agree priorities before committing to a partnership.
- Who will we actually work with?
- Me, directly. No account managers or hand-offs to juniors.
- Do you work with teams outside the UK?
- Yes. I'm UK-based and work remotely, in English, with calls in overlapping hours.
